My name is Denise

I’m a mom, a student, and someone who loves to eat pizza and live an active, full life. In 2023, my world changed when I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. I found out that my own antibodies were attacking my kidneys—something completely out of my control.


Now, I’m in stage 4, and while I’m still smiling, still showing up, still fighting—I’m also reaching out with a vulnerable heart: I need a living kidney donor.

This isn’t easy to ask. But I believe in, second chances, in the goodness of strangers, and the quiet strength of community.

I’m not ready to slow down. I want to keep training in the gym, pursuing my dream in the medical field, enjoying the simple joys of life, and creating beautiful memories. I want to live—not just survive.
